          Please feel free to look around.  The web site is broken up into different sections:

·        Trey the Nomad:  Whenever I go on trips I usually write a report about the trip.  So click on “Trey the Nomad” read about my trips to Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Denmark, and Maui.  

·        Trey the Athlete:  It includes details my experience doing the Bethany Beach Make A Wish Triathlon in 2001 and the USMC Marathon in 2002.

·        Trey’s Family:  Which includes pics of Carter and Charlotte, my nephew and niece.  They are awesome, so check it out!
